Now that we have talked a little bit about Cambria and what you can expect there whenever you go, let’s talk about another place in California that is absolutely incredible.  Ojal Valley.  This place is actually known for their beautiful and great spas as well as they wine country that it sits on.

The ambiance is absolutely incredible and I have to say that this particular place in California is magically.  Especially when you consider one of its premier hotels, the Ojai Valley Inn, which is actually rated 5 stars on Orbitz, which is a hard rating to get. 

This place certainly has a cool, hippie and chic feeling, which is not a lot of places and I can tell you for sure that you will relax wherever you are in California!

virgin america plane_0If you are anything like me, when you travel, you always over pack; which is terrible when you are going on a plane as they all have a weight limit of 50 pounds.  Well, I have some good news for us over packers and that is that in addition to Virgin America being one of the best planes in the world … they have a 70 pound weight limit!

That means that you can have a bag that weighs upwards of 70 pounds on the plane and while you might have to check it … you can still rest assured that your bag will be taken care of.  Another great thing about Virgin America is the fact that they are one of the only airlines that have free Wi-Fi in the plane!

To me … that is absolutely insane and I can tell you for sure that this particular airline is one of the best because of what they can offer.

hawaii_01Lots of people like to save their vacations for the fall, specifically for the months of September and October. That is completely understandable for a variety of reasons.

For instance, the heat of summer will have calmed down at least a little in plenty of places, making it altogether more comfortable, which further makes it much easier to enjoy yourself.

For another thing, because we have more and more often been experiencing very late summers — with the weather somehow mild — you can still be sure that it will be warm enough for you to have fun if you choose to do something outdoors.

There are plenty of places which lend themselves quite well to these months, so that you will have the opportunity to enjoy yourself as well. Many of them may surprise you.
