CaliforniaIf there is one place that is definitely the lap of luxury, it is going to be California.  So what is there?  Why should you plan a trip to California?  If you have never been, you are probably asking yourself these questions right?  Well, I can tell you that below, we are going to describe some of the best places and best reasons for you to take a trip to California!  The wine is not the only thing that the Golden State has to offer up!

One of the coolest events in California is actually along Labor Day weekend; September 4th actually welcomes the Gold Rush Days in Sacramento.  More than 200 tens of dirt is set down on the streets of Old Sacramento as the town is dressed up in 1849 garb.  Horse drawn carriages, Wild West gun show and finally awesome music is all involved in this beautiful event!

Los AngelesWhen you think about it — Los Angeles is actually a huge destination place that many people go to in the summer.  While the weather does not usually change in this beautiful and sunny city, it has to be said that Los Angeles is better seen in the summer … if only because it gets cooler and they get more of a breeze.  The coolest thing in Los Angeles has got to be Venice Beach walk – there you can see everyone from bikers all the way to skateboarders and rollerbladers.

Another thing that you can do in Los Angeles is see Disneyland and Universal Studios, which is a fantastic place for anyone and everyone of any age at all.  Another thing you can watch out for in Los Angeles is the hotels – there are so many different ones out there that you can honestly find the perfect one that will fit all of your needs in no time at all!

Los Angeles is the perfect destination for a family or if you are just looking for a place yourself … it is fantastic to make friends and really cut loose!

Summer Vacation TrendsIf there is one place that people go when they truly want to get the hustle and bustle out of the way, it is going to be New York City.  The summer is the one time that you can truly go to NYC without the bitter, bitter cold of the east side.  There are so many activities that you can take advantage of when you are in New York and to be quite frank, Times Square is just one of them.

Central Park is one of the most beautiful places in the world to tour when you are in NY and if you are looking for other things to do – you can go on a sightseeing tour or even hit some of the awesome stores that have opened up in New York.  The restaurants are a-plenty in New York City and you can truly get the luxury accommodations that you are looking for in this beautiful and busy city.
